UNIVERSITY TRANSFER
An Associate in Arts degree provides a firm academic foundation for students who want to work on the first part of a four-year degree before transferring to a 4-year college or university.
The Associate in Arts (AA) degree requires 60 credit hours. It’s the broadest degree ACC offers, giving students the opportunity to take a wide variety of required transferable courses appropriate to all fields. It’s ideal for students who are undecided on a future major. All students must complete at least 31 hours from the Universal General Education Transfer Component list of courses.
ACADEMIC ADVISING
Students should work with their advisor to select courses that best aligned with the student’s educational goals, intended major, and transfer institution recommendations.
