North Carolina resident, eligible for in-state tuition
-
Have a high school diploma or high school equivalency (not open to dual enrollment students)
-
Eligible for any of the following
-
Next NC Scholarship
-
Pell Grant
-
G.I. Bill
-
-
Be able to complete college-level math and english requirements within their first academic year
-
No more than 24 college credits completed (including those in progress) when applying
-
(Some exceptions may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis with Director approval)

Be enrolled in an eligible Propel NC program at ACC, such as:

Health Care
-
Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing
-
Trades and Transportation
-
Information Technology
-
Public Safety and First Responders
-
Accounting & Finance
-
Business Administration
-
OR be enrolled in an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or Associate of Engineering program aligned to higher-wage careers in their region
-
Pre-health students may be eligible for Boost once admitted to their program of choice.
Select diploma programs may be eligible for Boost when aligned with an approved associate degree pathway and confirmed through Director review.
