This form must be submitted in order to graduate; graduation is not an automatic process.
Take the completed form to the Registrar's Office and pay the appropriate fee at the Cashier’s Office, located in the S Building (Student Services Building).
Visit https://alamance.shopoakhalli.com to order your cap and gown.
Students can begin ordering caps and gowns as early as January 8, 2025, from the Oak Hall website mentioned above.

TBD
Each graduate will receive four (4) tickets - bring your supporters to cheer you on!
If you need more than four tickets, a "best practice" is to speak with fellow graduates and arrange to use tickets they may not need.
Diplomas will be mailed approximately one week after graduation requirements are completed as long as the graduation fee has been paid.
The Registrar's Office may have a limited surplus of caps and gowns. Once you have paid your graduation fee, you may check surplus availability in the Registrar’s office after May 6. Please be aware that your correct size may not be guaranteed in this circumstance.
