REAL ESTATE POST-LICENSING

To finish your real estate training, Provisional Brokers (PBs) need to take these three post-licensing classes, each being 30 hours:

  • Post 301-Broker Relationships & Responsibilities
  • Post 302-Contracts & Closing
  • Post 303-NC Law, Rules & Legal Concepts

Post-licensing classes may be taken in any sequence. However, the NC Real Estate Commission recommends that you follow the class number sequence (301, 302, & 303), as class materials were developed with that sequence in mind.

PBs must complete the three classes within 18 months of initial licensure in order to remove the provisional status and become a full broker.
