Alamance Community College’s Associate Degree in Nursing department held a nursing career fair for students on February 4 on the main campus.

 

More than a dozen healthcare agencies representing areas of acute care, home health, public health, acute behavioral health and correctional nursing were available to students. Several of the agencies offered assistance in their application processes and scheduled interviews for ACC students.

 

The career fair was open to first and second year nursing students who are enrolled seeking an Associate in Applied Science degree in Nursing. The Nursing department hopes to make this an annual or semi-annual event, and invite other students enrolled in Allied Health programs at the college.
