REDI COMMISSION

Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Commission

The Alamance Community College Board of Trustees adopted a resolution to promote diversity, inclusiveness and racial justice within the context of higher education and to combat forces that foster systemic racism on August 10, 2020. Dr. Algie Gatewood, President of Alamance Community College developed the REDI commission by enlisting members of the campus community to engage employees in maintaining an equitable and inclusive campus.
