This course is a foundational course designed to provide an overview of key concepts and practices essential for individuals interested in working within or leading nonprofit organizations. This course typically covers fundamental aspects of nonprofit management, including organizational structure, governance, fundraising strategies, program development and evaluation, volunteer management, and ethical considerations unique to the nonprofit sector.
