All Otters set their own PACE for success.

In pursuit of the PACE Success Coaching vision, PACE coaches will provide academic support, college and community resources that:

• Students actively seek, engage, and recommend to peers.

• ACC faculty and staff recommend and refer to students as the starting option for support.

• PACE Coaches are continually developing and learning to meet the needs of students.

• ACC at large regards as essential  for student success at the college.

As PACE Success Coaches, we value:

• Persistence– We encourage students to continue in their path to success in spite of difficulty or adversity.

• Application– From the time the student completes the action of applying to the college, success coaches connect with students to proactively support student success

• Completion– Success coaches use predictive analytics to drive retention and move the retention needle.

• Education– Coaches will facilitate the learning of skills, habits, and personal development to propel students to become responsible consumers of their academic journey.
